Jewelry Products - Returns & Refunds
At Adorned in Elegance by EraofInk, I want you to love your jewelry. Every piece is made specifically for you when you order. My products are inspected before shipping. Should something go wrong, I'll make it right.
Returns Accepted if:
Replacement or store credit offered if your item arrives: damaged in transit, with a manufacturing defect, incorrect (you received an inaccurate item.
Returns / Refunds Not Offered For:
Change of mind (buyers remorse), ordering the wrong size or style, an item not matching personal expectations (color, look in person, etc.), general dissatisfaction that is not quality related, incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout.
Exchanges & Size Exchanges
At Adorned in Elegance by EraofInk, we cannot offer exchanges for a wrong size, different color or color preference. If you order the wrong size or color, please place a new order for the correct item.
