Shipping Policy for Jewelry Products
Thank you for shopping at Adorned in Elegance by EraofInk. Every piece is packed to order in our branded packaging and shipped directly to you.
Processing & Delivery Times
Orders are processed within [1-3] business days. Estimated delivery times (including processing) are:

Shipping Costs & Duties
• Shipping is flat-rate $8.99 on all orders – shipping fees are waived on orders over $150.00
• International orders ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Customs clearance and import duties are covered, so you will not be charged extra fees on delivery.
Tracking & Order Details
• You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking updates once the carrier scans the parcel into their network (usually within 24–48 hours).
• For deliveries outside the US and UK, a valid phone number is required at checkout to ensure successful delivery.
Address Changes & Cancellations
• Please contact us at kristamills@eraofink immediately with your order number if you need to change your address or cancel. Once an order enters processing, changes and cancellations cannot be made.
• We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for packages that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, missing phone number, inaccessible delivery location, or unclaimed parcel.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Items
• If your tracking has not updated for 7 days past the estimated delivery window, reach out to kristamills@eraofink within 30 days of the estimated delivery date to start a carrier investigation.
• If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within [10 days] of delivery with photos to arrange a replacement or refund.
